Responsible for assisting their management team in coordinating and controlling the three main areas in the restaurant: Kitchen area, Dining area and the Front Counter area and ensure to deliver the highest standard of Quality, Service and Cleanliness in these areas.

He/she is a leader, and must solve the problems, make informed decisions and manage the workforce and time wisely in order to achieve maximum results. He will manage the Restaurant on a profitable basis, consistently Serving quality Food with Fast, courteous Service in Clean and Pleasant Surroundings.

The Cook prepares dishes according to company recipes and standard procedures by using diverse methods of food preparation.

A store based role that is focused upon consistently delivering the customer service proposition and driving sales.

• should have technical knowledge about CCTV,PABX and other ELV system
• should know the above market in Bahrain
• should have valid Bahrain driving license
