The Espresso blend has been developed using seven different coffees. Six Arabica Beans and one Robusta are blended to create Costa's Italian Coffee - still the mainstay of its business today. This Espresso blend forms the basis for all coffee drinks served in Costa stores. Costa Coffee lovers are a loyal lot, known to drink no other coffee!
A Barista is responsible in ensuring that store standards are met by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages.

Able to identify when a customer needs help and adjusts service style to suit the needs and requirements of each customer.
Always considers the customer first in everything they do even when other tasks are being completed.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
With very good English communication skills.
Friendly and Approachable.
With 1 to 2 years work experience from a restaurant or coffee shop is essential.
Presentable with good interpersonal skills and a team player.
Can work under pressure with no time constraints.
